A proposed three-level library brings together reading, seminars, digital learning, skills training and quiet study.

Permanent staff, updated books, newspapers and magazines, and an operating fund are proposed to support daily care, electricity, repairs and continuity across generations.

Skills for tomorrow
The plan combines expert video coaching and AI courses with Madhubani painting, sewing, embroidery and craft skills that can support local livelihoods.

Guidance that opens doors
Professional mentors and a career desk would support exam forms, interviews and career choices. Planned scholarships and higher-education assistance would help meritorious students, including those facing financial hardship.

Quizzes, debates, painting and writing competitions, expert seminars and an expanded annual Summer Shivir would nurture confidence, cultural learning and social values.
