A Legacy of 40+ Years
The Summer Educational Shivir (ग्रीष्मकालीन शैक्षिक शिविर) has been a cornerstone of educational excellence in our community since 1985. What started as a small initiative to keep village children engaged during summer vacations has grown into a transformative program that has shaped thousands of young lives.
Every summer, children from Rahua and surrounding villages gather at Parasmani Pustakalaya for an intensive 30-day program filled with academic enrichment, competitive events, cultural activities, and character-building exercises. The Shivir goes beyond textbook learning - it instills values of discipline, teamwork, and a love for knowledge.
Our alumni have gone on to become doctors, engineers, civil servants, teachers, and leaders in various fields. Many credit the foundation laid during their Summer Shivir days for their success. The program continues to evolve, now incorporating digital literacy and modern educational methods while preserving its core values.
